Refund Policy

Dog Walking & Pet Sitting Services 

- These services are charged per session

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost. 

- No shows are also non refundable 

Canine Training Packages 

- Training is sold in pre paid packages. 

- If you decide to cancel your package, a partial refund may be available under certain circumstances.

Rescheduling 

- Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance 

- Rescheduling in less then 24 hours notices may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of that session, depending on circumstances.
